Regarding Rude behaviour of FBA Pick up person
Hello Sellers, This is a little long but please read,
This is regarding rude behaviour and arrogance of FBA pick up person. It all started one day when the FBA pick up person told us that he would pick the shipments without scanning them and load the shipments in the tempo. We asked him why so. He said that since he is having a different line of pickups, he cannot manage all pickups simultaneuosly. So he will scan the shipments later. We said who shall be responsible if any untoward thing happens with the shipment. To which he said i shall take responsibility and if you want the pick up to be scanned then i shall come whenever I get time to come to your pick up address. Then on the scheduled pick up date he came and was insisting that we give the parcels without scanning to which we refused. And that too the driver of the pick up van came for the pick up of the shipment leaving the van as it is on the road. He spoke rudely to one of our female employee for the pick up and the scanning process.
We here just want to bring to your notice such rude behaviour of the pick up persons. Now our inventory is also not picked up since the scheduled pick up date of 29/07/2025 which is really affecting our sales and eventually our business. Please do not give your shipments without scanning them, Can be a fraud,Dont know?
