Service Provider Network

I once raised a single request for my account reactivation on SPN on March 2023 and it's almost a year. This portal automatically creates new requests daily on my behalf and these fraudulent Providers have made my life a hell. I receive multiple spam calls daily from them. Is there any solution to this?

I can cancel a single request by going into details but it takes time and there are already 150+ requests pending
