Did you raise an SPS case to investigate this?
You can do it by clicking on the Help button in the top right corner of Seller Central > Get Help and Resources > Investigate Easy Ship pick-up issues.

Same happened with me also. But in Amazon seller there is a form which needs to be filled before 6PM in case pickup is not done.
