Return Request Carrier Picked up?
Hello,
We have returns that the customer initiated, I can see that there are already tracking, and also states the carrier picked up the package, but when we try to check the return tracking even after days have passed, it doesn't give any update from the UPS website.
Do we have to schedule UPS for pick up?

Dominic from Amazon here, happy to help. You shouldn't have to schedule a pickup. I would reach out to UPS and reference the tracking number you have for updates.

When Amazon states, "Carrier picked up the package", Amazon actually means the exact opposite. It SHOULD read, "Carrier has not yet picked up the package." When the carrier has actually picked up the package, it will state, "Carrier received the package". It's just one of those things Amazon does to confuse everyone.
