If as a Seller we know a particular customer or from a particular Address repeatedly coming fake orders or Delivery address seems Fake, So in our best intrest we should get right to cancel such orders from Seller end & due to this action our seller account performance should not be impacted.

But if we are doing from our end so Amazon without verifying genuine customer they shows our account health has been impacted. If Amazon himself is unable to verify real or genuine buyer so they should in Sellers best intrest allow us to cancle such fake orders without impacting our Seller Health Account.
