items not prime?
I just started selling with amazon fba and launched my first product a few days ago. However, when i click on my listing, there is no prime shipping (it says free delivery with prime... but delivery takes 2 weeks not 2 days). I ordered 1000 units and somehow 980 of them are still "receiving" despite the listing being live. is this normal? how long after launching can i expect to receive prime two day shipping? how long until all products received?

It is possible that the 980 units are still in the process of being transferred from the receiving fulfillment center to other FCs across the country. You should be able to see these transfers in the inventory ledger report.

let me guess, you are not a prime member? You are looking at your listing as a non prime member would. prime members will see free shipping....

Hi @Seller_smE84ThJYESXy, the receiving process can definitely take some time as you'll see elsewhere here on the forums. I'd be happy to look into details of your shipment if you're seeing extended delays, but regarding Prime eligibility I think you got some good advice above. I'd be happy to look into specific ASIN to confirm, if needed.
