UPS Scan Form
I have 50 boxes on Monday's (20-25 on other days) that need to be scanned by UPS to prove On Time Shipment and Valid tracking rate for Premium shipping. I was told by my UPS driver on Friday that they were no longer allowed to scan our packages. I give him generous gift cards throughout the year, but he said he was told not to. UPS says only way to get packages scanned is to be on a "corporate pick-up list". We have reach out to our rep, but nothing. We do not link our UPS account number, because the UPS rates through amazon are much better. Sitting at 100% VTR and OTShip, but that will decline is my guess. Any words of wisdom @KJ_Amazon or @Dominic_Amazon
I get it that it is for efficiency, meanwhile we help the drive load his entire truck.
How does Amazon still not have a scan form for all UPS packages? All other shipping software's have this feature.
