Amazon does not submit GST. It is your responsibility. Amazon does not deduct GST in invoice, it passes on the amount to you. Amazon has nothing to do with your GST on sales nor your GST return.

Amazon will only deduct GST TCS and charge you GST @18% on charges, deposit it and you can avail the same as input.

This question has been addressed many times in this forum and you should search for relevant threads to understand the mathematics.

You should contact a professional to deposit and submit return to GST.

This is one of the biggest reasons business fail in Amazon.

The amount you are getting from Amazon is including GST amount. You have to submit the Tax amount to GST authorities.

amazon does not raise an invoice itself. IT RAISES ON BEHALF OF US.

ALL THE DEDUCTION IN THE FORM OF COMMISSION , WEIGHT HANDLING FEES PICK PACK ETC , GST CAN BE AVAILED via ITC. AMAZON RAISES THOSE BILL TO US.

for returns , Cedit Note is generated.

We have to make the final invoices from our end and submit the GST on the change we recieve we recieve. ( because that includes GST)

Amazon Has Nothing to do with your GST responsibility , it only creates invoice for your order , like you do in your offline business if you do have any . Yes amazon provides credit input benefits for GST which it charges from you on your sales commision , ads and shipping which you can take benefit in deducting your gst responsibility while filling monthly return. It seams you are totally new in business and doesn't know anything about GST , we suggest consult your CA.
