You have to copy and paste here the deactivation email you got from Amazon, otherwise nobody can help you.

I understand you are dealing with a deactivated account. As @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iAC said, we would need to know the reason for the account deactivation in order to better assist you. Please share that message you have received here in the thread (with personal information removed).
Based off your post, it sounds as though you needing to complete our identity verification process prior to your account becoming active. If this is the scenario you are facing, you will need to submit a utility dated within the last 90 days. You will also need to ensure all information on the bill matches the contact information you have on file within the account.
Can you share what documents you have submitted so far? Also, feel free to share any communications from Amazon you have received regarding the outcome of your submissions so far (again with personal information removed).
