I have my brand registered on amazon in class 11 even i have submitted all necessary documents for brand registry but still i am unable to register my listing under my brand name and doing my listing under generic . i request amazon to kindly look into this matter and try to resolve as soon as possible coz i don't want to continue under generic any more .

hi, you have to submit the applied registration docment to create your brand in Amazon.
