Internal Error while requesting callback
Despite MULTIPLE attempts for requesting a callback and that too on multiple numbers, Amazon keeps telling me that there is an internal error and no calls are being made since last 30 days.
There is an urgent matter I need to resolve yet no email or caselog or call options are working except for giving same automated responses which are not even related to the information we have provided.
Please fix this issue.

I have the exact same issue. I can't receive a callback without an error for seller performance or seller support.
