Account at risk of deactivation - Late Dispatch Rate
Due to an error on our part a batch of orders were despatched late and our 10 day late dispatch rate is currently 6.3%, higher than the allowed 4%.
The affected orders are the only orders we have ever shipped late (bar the odd one or two over the years).
Does anyone know how Amazon handle this? All I can glean from the policy is that accounts "may" be at risk of deactivation but no firm criteria. There's a link to contact an Account Health Specialist but we know exactly what's happened on our side and can avoid it in future.

The Late Shipment Rate (LSR) is all orders with a ship confirmation that is completed after the expected ship date as a percentage of total orders over both a 10-day or 30-day period. LSR only applies to seller-fulfilled orders.
It's important to confirm the shipment of orders by the expected ship date so that customers can see the status of their shipped orders online. Orders that are ship confirmed late may lead to increased claims, negative feedback and/or customer contacts and negatively impact customer experience. Adjusting your handling time can help prevent late shipments; please visit the Manage Seller Fulfilled Products page to view your recommended handling time and adjust it as needed.

Our policy is that sellers maintain an LSR under 4% in order to sell on Amazon. An LSR above 4% may result in account deactivation.
If your seller-fulfilled offers are at risk of deactivation, you may be eligible to take a quiz to avoid the deactivation. For eligible sellers, the option will appear in the banner at the top of your Account Health page, where you will be given an opportunity to take a five-question quiz regarding the LDR policy. You have 72 hours to take the quiz. If you pass the quiz, no plan of action (POA) will be required from you, or will your listings be deactivated. We recommend that you look for and take the quiz whenever available, as this is the best way to maintain your Account Health.

Also, if you'd like to discuss the issue, then we would highly recommend you to contact the account health support team via the call me now button on your account health page.
Thank you for your post. I hope my response is beneficial towards your business.
Kind regards,
Virgil.

Hello
Did you manage to fix this? I've just noticed my LTR is 20% due to 1 of 5 orders being late. Not sure which order it is as I've never sent a late package before in 3 years.
Wondering if anything will happen.
Thank you
