Why Amazon allows others to sell under my brand?
I get my brand registered, why Amazon didn't protect my brand, I didn't authorize other sellers to sell under my brand!
One seller sells my listing under my brand without my permission! It is a new store and sell with a very low price and I loose the cart of my listing! Why Amazon allows this to happen???

If you want to stop others from selling your branded items, you need to have really tight control over your supply chain. Look into Amazon Transparency if you are worried about counterfeits or don't trust your suppliers.

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and while Amazon Brand Registry is certainly available to protect your brand, there are limitations to what can be enforced and exclusive distribution is not a type of notice that is accepted.
I do encourage you to review the Intellectual Property for Rights Owners help page. This is a very robust, but very helpful page that includes step by step instructions and best practices for reporting Intellectual Property violations via the report a violation tool on the Brand Registry site.
