As a new seller on Amazon, we have been facing a recurring issue for the past three weeks, and despite raising the matter previously, we have not received a satisfactory resolution.
Here’s the issue in detail:
- We received our first order on *November 12, 2024*, and followed the standard process to prepare and schedule the shipment. However, the order was canceled because no one came to pick it up.
- The same issue occurred with the same order after we rescheduled it.
- We faced similar problems with our second and third orders, resulting in cancellations due to pickup failures.
Now, we have received our *Sixth order" but that was also cancelled just beacause of easy ship
