Changing Legal Entity from Turkey LLC to USA LLC

hey Friends,

We've openen our amazon seller account with our Turkish LLc company 2 years ago. But now we wanna change business entity info to our new USA LLC company.

That's the point, when we click legal entity / edit information, pages not allowed us to pick USA. Iys just let us to pick Turkey. as a result we cant change entity info.

We also open support ticket for it. ID 15644045941

can you please check our issue and direct us about it? @Steve_Amazon@Quincy_Amazon

Thank you for reaching out. My apologies on the frustration this has caused. You can view and update your account information in Seller account information, available from Settings > Account info. You can access the following:

  • Your seller profile (display name, Storefront link, email address, phone number, and more)
  • Payment information (deposit methods, charge methods, invoiced order payment setting)
  • Business information (business address, legal entity, your merchant token, language for feed processing report, display name)
  • Shipping and returns information (return address, shipping settings, international returns providers, Buy Shipping preferences)
  • Tax information (tax information, VAT information)

I will review the case ID and respond back shortly.
