The account as Amazon puts the money in has my middle initial. They show it as no middle initial. That is the default account.
That is the default account. There is another identical account showing my middle initial. When I go to it to verify it comes up with my full middle name.l. Then wants to verify that.
As I said my bank statement shows only my middle initial.
Does this mean that Amazon can not verify my bank account despite putting money into it for 13 years.
Reading all other threads would indicate my Amazon career is over.

Exactly.
Go to your bank and change the name. The name on the bank statement has to match EXACTLY with what the system is suggesting when doing "Verify bank account". The bots have no brain. For example they could not verify one of my accounts because the first and second name were mixed up.
Or open online an account with Payoneer with the correct (according to Amazon's bots) names.

I had decided to go to my bank and talk to an officer. Then getting a new statement with my full name. Then submitting the amended statement,
2nd verse about the same as the first.
