"defective" transparency codes
Has anyone had any experience with Amazon rejecting transparency codes when scanned in at FBA? In every transparency shipment, a random number of codes are always deemed to be defective. Then, Amazon almost always loses the item in their warehouse and only reimburses half. Any way how to deal with this?

Dominic from Amazon here, happy to try to provide some additional support. Is this happening with every shipment? If so is it always the same product or products? If this keeps happening it may be down to how the code is being printed or labeled on the package. Any additional information you can provide would be great!
