It's currently going to the following text with my listing:"

We don't know when or if this item will be back in stock.""
helpdesk contnue per e-mal asks me to send them a screenshot, but does not explain to me how to do this. As everyone knows can't do replay on their email.

Is this your brand? Do you have a "Letter of authorization" from the brand owner? Supposing that no: be happy it's not listed
Should you be the owner of this brand: Did you create this listing? Is this FBA: did you send inventory to Amazon? Is this FBM: did you put a number in "Available"? There is only one bullet point and one line of description (and no seller).
