Incorrect Infringement Complaint - How long for Retraction to be processed?

As of Tuesday morning of this week, we had the issue of an unauthorised seller being listed as an offer under one of our products.

I have already submitted multiple cases about this via Seller Central & Brand Registry - all to no avail (no surprise).

However, just yesterday, a registered user on our account filed an infringement complaint in the hope of getting this unauthorised seller removed from our listing.

This ended up being filed incorrectly, which has resulted in our listing images being removed due to the copyright claim. This complaint was retracted earlier today by the same user who submitted it. But I haven't had anything back yet from Amazon yet in regards to this. How long does this usually take to be processed?

We really need our product listing back, as this is really destroying our sales right now.

Even though the infringement notice was filed incorrectly, it should never have been accepted so easily by Amazon, as the issue that was selected on the report was that the images were copyrighted... But I don't know how Amazon could accept this when the same brand is showing on the listing, for which we own, and are Brand Registered.

Would really appreciate any help here.

There's no direct time frame that these are resolved it as it can depend on a large number of factors include the situation itself. Typically, a response is received in 2-3 days. As it does appear that time has passed at this point, have you received any follow up information on the submitted retraction, was the issue resolved?
