My feature offer % remains below 1%. I have updated product prices On listings To match the featured offer price but no matter how much I lower my product prices my featured offer % remains below 1%. Can anybody offer any help on how I can get my featured offer % up?

Hello we have been experiencing the same issue off and on for six months.
Spring is where we do most of our sales. We have posted on here and filed cases with Seller support both of which have been ABSOLUTELY NO HELP! Our listings are of our own brand which is in the brand registry. Our account health is all within margin if not better. We fulfill our orders not FBA
My Question to this thread is:
have any sellers found what is causing this issue and/or what was your solution to fix and prevent this.
