Amazon not accepting application to sell my product

I am trying to list a product that my company has created. It is not brand registered, but I believe that is not necessary to create a listing. The message I get is that the product requires approval to sell but then I get this message:

We are not accepting applications to sell:

Other Health & Personal Care category in Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)

Other Human Ingestible Products in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)

The product we are attempting to list is ASIN B0DSCDXQ2F. This is a unique health supplement we've created. I've opened multiple cases with customer support with no resolution at all. This listing is for a product that my company has created, so there shouldn't be any issue with selling from an existing brand.

As far as I can tell, I am stuck in this position with no clear way to fix the problem. Any help from Amazon would be greatly appreciated.

In addition to what both other sellers said (yes, there is a STOP for supplements) you don't know how selling on Amazon works.

If this is YOUR product, it has YOUR brand on the label, isn't it? So WHY on earth would you not create a listing on your own? Do you want to use an existing listing showing brand AAA and selling brand BBB on it? That is highly forbidden and would Amazon make suspend your account immediately.

So forget selling this product on Amazon. If you want to sell in another niche take 4-5 weeks to learn how selling on Amazon has to be done:

Never such a thing, frequently even denials of obvious changes. Written changes may or may not ever be published. Thousands of sellers get hit by restrictions on products they have been selling for years. many having hundreds, thousands of product at FBA, unable to sell over night

Is there an official statement somewhere by Amazon that they are no longer accepting applications to sell supplements?

Hello @Seller_OqmfD9YI6VuF0,

Thanks for posting your inquiry. This is related to dietary supplement restrictions which have been placed on associated products. I'm happy to conduct a review of your request. I can't make any promises, but if you share your most recent case ID and brand name+ID that is related to this request, I'll review to see what options exist.

Regards,

- Manny
