Featured Offer went to -100% and then to 99% Brand Owner
We are the only authorized Brand Owner of our ASIN and was able to see our listing and the featured offer showing "sold by" us.
However in Seller Central the Featured offer was showing -100%. I then added a 10% off coupon and it went back up to 99%.
I am so unclear as to why this has happened. Since the Featured Offer went to -100% we have made $0 sales. We still have not made any sales since coming back up to 99%.
1) why did we drop to -100% featured offer?
2) why did setting a coupon make it go up to 99%?
3) why are we not 100% given we are the only seller of the ASIN, the brand owner, account health rating good and in stock?
Raised this case ID but have gotten no where closer to solving this. Even my Amazon Account manager is stumped as to what is causing this issue.

In general Amazon will not be able to provide any details to why you were or were not selected for the Featured Offer. The Featured Offer percentage is calculated as the total page views in which you are the Featured Offer divided by the total page views received by products you list. The 99% likely due to instance in which you were not selected for the Featured Offer previously. If you continue to be selected for the Featured Offer, the 99% should become 100% as time moves forward and data is replaced.
At this time you are both Featured Offer Eligible for your product and are currently selected for the Featured Offer and as such no additional steps can be taken as the specifics of the Featured Offer are confidential. I'm sorry for any difficulties this creates. Thank you for your understanding.
