You can upload 2500 products in a day, Amazon didn't take too much to approve the product also.

It depends on product category, if there is 2500 inventory in the same category you can list the product easily. if the inventory belongs to different category then first upload 1 listing from all the category in order to find the mandatory attributes. Once the listing gets created then upload all the listing in single go.
