The buyer left a product review in the seller's feedback, and Amazon refuses to remove it. I receive the same response each time: "We’re unable to remove this feedback because the feedback for order doesn't meet our guidelines for suppression. "
According to deletion rules, feedback should be deleted if the entire text is a product review. The comment in question is: "Knife was never even in water and developed surface rust."

I understand you believe the feedback was totally a review. I think the buyer is making a claim of damage or they felt the product was defective. It is more feedback of why they were returning the item.
Product Reviews are encouraged on Amazon.
- Customer reviews are an integral part of the customer shopping experience on Amazon. Customers use these reviews to learn more about the product, assess whether it fits their needs, and make an informed purchase decision. Customer reviews also help sellers understand the customers’ sentiment about their products, what features or aspects of the product customers like, and what areas need improvements.
So, for the feedback to be removed, it would need to fit more into the above description or a review.
I would like to take a minute and commend you for the diligence you show with your account. Your Account Health Page shows you are doing all the things you should be doing to maintain a healthy account.
In a situation like this, where a buyer has left feedback Amazon will not remove, you do have the option to post a public reply.
