1. Set and maintain the same profit margin on products regardless of platform used to sell.
2. Ensure customers know that buying direct from our website can save them 13 - 15% plus state sales taxes over other venues that add zero value.
3. Compare total costs from distributors to get the lowest cost, highest quality products possible for customers.

1. Honesty. Meaning actually send the product you say you are sending. For example, sending American Flags that are Made in America, not saying they are Made in the USA and sending imported flags.
2. Customer Service. When you call, a human that works for us in the United States will answer and help you with any issue you have.
3. Pricing. Make some profit but also take care of the customer. No need to price gouge.
