What are your top three core values that you strive to achieve each day within your business?

What's Engage with Amazon? I like to think of it as a section of the forums where we can connect and collaborate together as a community. Everyone is welcome to chime into the discussion and share their unique perspectives. There's really no pressure here, just a fun way to engage with each other. Looking forward to connecting with you all!

1. Out highest priority is the safety of our products, and the well being of our customers, employees, and anyone we engage with.

2. All our products will meet or exceed accepted regulatory and industry standards.

3. We will engage with our customers and the public with utmost respect and courtesy and will do everything in our power to meet their needs.

1. Give customers a seamless transaction with no errors on our part.

2. Keep providing new items to keep customers coming back.

3. Keep prices current and affordable.

1. Trust

2. Integrity

3. Respect

Honor is a big thing and is sorely lacking in modern business; everything is transactional.

As a side question I am curious what the mods think Amazon's 3 core values are? And then I'd like to hear what 3P sellers think they are? I would bet they are VERY different.

1. Set and maintain the same profit margin on products regardless of platform used to sell.

2. Ensure customers know that buying direct from our website can save them 13 - 15% plus state sales taxes over other venues that add zero value.

3. Compare total costs from distributors to get the lowest cost, highest quality products possible for customers.

Remember these are our business core values, not our Amazon Seller Core Values.

1. Honesty. Meaning actually send the product you say you are sending. For example, sending American Flags that are Made in America, not saying they are Made in the USA and sending imported flags.

2. Customer Service. When you call, a human that works for us in the United States will answer and help you with any issue you have.

3. Pricing. Make some profit but also take care of the customer. No need to price gouge.

1) Deliver only high quality product we are licensed to sell

2) Make a profit on those sales, while satisfying the needs of the customer

3) Enjoy what we do , making each day unique - and not take our frustrations with Amazon and other venues home with us at night.

1) A well established work ethic.

2) Adaptation and a willingness to learn.

3) Fortitude.

1-3. Maximize Profit

A Comprehensive Risk Analysis explicitly defines how that is done.

Usually by providing good products and services while minimizing death, injury and property damage.
