TDS reimbursement not given by Amazon
We had uploaded Form 16 for TDS reimbursement to Amazon through CASE ID 11139853822 on 23rd May, 2025, however Amazon team says "TDS reimbursement claim for certificate number MGUPYLA has already been processed". But we cannot see settlement in our account.
If the Form16 was generated on 22-05-2025 then how come it possible that reimbursement was processed earlier????
Please adivse us how to get reimbursement of TDS from Amazon...

This problem is face by many sellers. We also did not get refund. Previously we download Form 16 send with manually sign they accept and reimburse claim now they said that they want original form not scanned and with digital sign. Amazon team is try that seller will harassed and give up TDS amount this is ridicules tactics by amazon team.

Could you please verify the case ID you provided (11139853822)? I'm unable to access it.
Also, since your Form 16 was generated on May 22, 2025, have you checked if a complete disbursement cycle has passed? According to theTDS reimbursement process help page , the refunded amount should appear in your bank account during the next settlement payment cycle.
Could you confirm when your last settlement payment was processed?
