Adding a new category to existing brand
I have an existing brand with one category of product. However we want to sell in a new category but Amazon wont let me create the new products.
It gives me the error message that I need to go though the Enroll a New brand process.
But the brand already exists, i just want to add a new category. I have logged several tickets and the replies are always the same and then they close the case.
I submit a form to get the new product added but they reject it all the time as it's in a new category. But i cant add a new category to my brand so i can never get the issue resolved.
Please help!

So i created another support ticket and i got the exact same response yet again. It is literally a copy and paste response:
I CANT ENROLL THE BRAND IN THE BRAND REGISTRY BECAUSE IT"S ALREADY ENROLLED!!!! I just want to sell in a new category.
I have literally had 5 x chats and 8 x suppor tickets and the answer is the same every time.

In this case, ASINs for the requested brand “foil me” already exists on catalog with different PTDs.
If you are requesting a new brand and wish to register under the brand “foil me” with PTD “FOOD_WRAP”, please go through BR process – https://brandservices.amazon.com/brandregistry
If you do not wish to list under the requested brand name, you can use the brand name as "Generic".
