order not being picked up amazon delivery agent

I am a new seller on Amazon and have received two orders in the past two days. For each order, I packed the items and scheduled them for pickup. However, both orders were unexpectedly cancelled, and I was never contacted by the pickup team. I have no information on why the pickups did not happen.

I have raised multiple support requests regarding this issue, but I have yet to receive a resolution from Amazon. As a result, I have not been able to successfully sell any products because the orders are not being picked up by the assigned pickup agents.

i am a seller on amazon and my easy ship orders are scheduled but they are not picked by anyone and then i get a order cancelleation message , can someone please help as this will effect my account health .

I am a new seller on Amazon & have also faced similar situation where the delivery agent did not Show up for pickup on the scheduled pickup date and time. I wasn’t aware of the process and Amazon flagged my account for deactivation despite to raising a complaint and discussing and explaining the entire situation to the seller support team for hour and a half on Amazon.

What I don’t understand is how is Amazon not sensitive to these kind of incidents of delayed pickup by their agents. The sellers have to suffer both ways due to these incidents.

My humble request to Amazon team to look at the audit trails of the order Id and call log of their agents when investigating such complaints. If the agent claims to have attempted the pickup, they must call the seller.
