1 star review due to FBA damage
Hello,
One of my listing recently got a 1 star review, and the reviewer included an image showing that my product's packaging/box was damage, and the 1 star review was about the box damage. This is entirely not my issue, as I packed everything myself, all boxes was in good condition, my freight carrier also confirms with me their delivery was in good condition, the outer box was all fine, so my product box damage is most likely caused by FBA warehouse or the delivery man, and I got a 1 star review over this, am I able to request to have it remove? This is kind of unfair to us sellers as we paid FBA fees and all kinds of Amazon fees but Sellers aren't protected in many ways.

You might be able to but it depends. Does Amazon currently handle your customer services (CSBA) ? The first step would be to file a case with Seller Support to document this issue. If you have one already, please share the ID here.
