My account deactivated due to two seller account
Hi if anyone have knowledge about this. I had amazon seller central account under my company name previously . I did lost my mobile phone and cannot recover the sim card which was under someone else name. Now when i was trying to login amazon sending otp on my old contact number which i do not have any access. so i did try to recover my amazon seller account but amazon said they cannot locate my account in the system. they did something wrong and my case went into worst. In the recovery opt was going to different email address which i never had in my account.They cannot match the address post code etc no one helped me at all about my account . all copy paste rely from amazon and phone calls. one day i did request phone call to amazon and they advised me that we cannot find you seller account on our dashboard you can do one thing register one more seller account under same company name.
which i did . Now of course i cannot recover my brand name due to linked to my old seller account which i do not have any access. i did everything to recover that too but no luck. so I have to register new brand name . everything was fine i did start selling on my new seller account. After 6 month on 15 September got email that you seller account has been deactivated due to section 3 two account in our system under one company name. I did appeal and explain to amazon everything but got rejected saying that i do not have enough information. so this is all any help will be appreciated.

Unfortunately I fear they have given you incorrect advice to open a new account and you may need to try and escalate to the managing director email to try and escalate this.
I am confused though how none of the details from your old account matched, as obviously the old account exists for them now to match it

Unlikley to get this resolved unfortunately, any other accounts will be automatically linked and closed so unless you can get the old one back you'll be unable to use Amazon as a marketplace now and in the future
