Printify with Amazon over a couple of months ago
"Hello! I started integrating Printify with Amazon over a couple of months ago, but I haven’t made any sales yet. I've asked about the products I designed, and they received positive feedback. Is this normal? Has anyone else experienced this? Do I need to order inventory of each product and send it to Amazon for sale, rather than using print-on-demand?"

While Amazon might not be able to provide any insight on managing operations with a third party service, I was able to find this Printify support page specific to integrating with Amazon, which may be of use!
