🔴 Repeated Easy Ship Pickup Misses – No Resolution Even After Multiple Complaints
Hello fellow sellers and Amazon team,
I am writing this post out of sheer frustration regarding the daily missed pickups under Easy Ship and the lack of proper action from Amazon Seller Support, even after following all the prescribed processes.
🔧 Issue Summary:
Orders remain in "Waiting for Pickup" status even after the pickup slot is over.
Pickup associate is either late, never shows up, or doesn’t answer calls.
I’m forced to fill the Missed Pickup Form daily and every time I raise a complaint, I get the same standard response “We have informed our internal team.”
No strict action has been taken against the pickup associate despite repeated complaints.
Even after multiple escalations and case IDs, I’m still assigned the same unprofessional pickup person every day.
This has caused my Prime orders to get delayed/cancelled, impacting:
Order metrics
Customer trust
Account health
📑 Actions Taken So Far:
Multiple case IDs raised (latest: 11375383182)
Filled the missed pickup form for each affected order
Reported the associate’s behavior multiple times
Provided affected order IDs
Engaged with chat, email, and even Twitter support — no solid resolution yet
❗️Impact on Business:
Repeated missed pickups lead to cancellation of time-sensitive Prime orders
Daily loss of revenue and customer dissatisfaction
Wasted time in chasing support, filling forms, and follow-ups
No accountability or alternative pickup assigned even when associate is on leave
🙏 Request to Amazon:
Please assign a new and reliable pickup associate to my location
Ensure strict action is taken against repeated pickup failures and negligent behavior
Stop closing cases with template replies and start offering actual resolutions
Help sellers like me who are facing this issue daily, despite doing everything right
I hope this post reaches the right internal team within Amazon. I am also posting this here to check if other sellers are facing similar issues, and to request the community and Amazon to take this seriously and urgently.

This exact thing is happening with us as well. Despite raising multiple cases and having multiple calls with seller and shipping support, there is no proper solution.
Amazon will deduct return shipping promptly, but would not compensate for the losses which vendors are incurring due to their missed pickup.
If we change the listing to self-ship, then they decrease the listings visibility.
It looks like Amazon is no longer interested towards any issues small sellers are facing, now it only cares for some particular brands and their own brands.

Easy ship is not reliable for our orders their delivery associates just deny to pickup the order saying ' I have no time to pick your order' and they even don't answer the calls .

About 15 orders got cancelled.
Absolutely no respose from the amaon pick up associatr contact number provided by amazon.

This problem my friend i have been facing from last 4 months , since i started my account i have told them soo much time even i got angry on them as well also tried to spoke with thier higher management still i am having isssues everytime i shipp the order , so my sugegstion will be dont waste your energy on them , simply after every order or every shipment if its not updates in the system or any kind of thing happnes simply call them and teel them to solve it , they will solve it temporary like 1-2 days and again you will face the same problem so please use you renergy wisely dont waste it on them.

I have a simple and effective solution to this issue. Whenever the pickup boy comes to pick up the product, take the warehouse manager's no from him. The advantage of this will be that whenever the pickup boy does not pick up the call, you can directly talk to the manager and get the pickup done and you can also complain to him about the pickup associate.
