Registered Brand Owner But Unable to add A+ content and Upload Product Videos on some ASINs (Need Help)
Hi Everyone,
We are enrolled into Brand Registry. Currently we are facing issues on uploading A+ Content and Product Videos on some of our ASINs.
Error receiving while adding A+ Content:
"You are unable to add content to this ASIN because our system does not recognize this ASIN as part of your brand."
Error receiving while uploading Videos:
"Invalid ASIN found: Ensure that all ASINs are valid and registered to your brand. To upload to a non-brand ASIN, switch to the non-brand tab."
We are able to update the listings, images and also our brand store is linked to the ASINs. We made sure that our brand name attribute is correct and all seems good. But we are unable to update only the A+ Content and videos. Currently, we are optimizing our listings and found out these issues recently.
Please guide us know how to fix them. Raised a support case id 15440240391 .

Thank you for your patience. I'm sorry it took time for you to get a response to your thread. I've reviewed your Case and I can confirm that your Seller Support ticket appears to be with the correct team.
In this instance you are having difficulties with your Brand as there appears to be a duplicate of your Brand that must be merged. The team is on the correct path to resolve this issue as soon as they can. If your case is closed without resolving this issue with your Brand please let me know here.
