Safe T claims taking too long
I currently have over 95 pending claims, each taking over seven days to be granted. Every single day, Amazon has been refunding at least 20 orders for non-received items, despite all of them showing delivered. We consistently file claims and usually get granted within 1-2 days, but now it’s taking seven days for each claim to be approved. I have approximately 95 claims open, which amounts to a significant amount of money being frozen for an extended period. Could you please explain the reason behind the delay in granting each claim?

I apologize that reviews of this nature can take some to complete, especially at such a high volume, and I imagine this is also impacted by teams getting caught up following the holiday season.
Please do keep an eye on the status of these claims, as there is no specific timeframe each will be completed by, due to the involved issues and complexity levels of individual claims. You should be notified when a claim status is updated, but you can also look to these instructions for tracking claim status.
