EFN price question
Hi,
Can anyone explain how to price up the products when you enroll them in EFN?
Essentially, we have FBA stock in UK and planning to EFN the products to the EU markets. Already have accounts there, just want to have EFN option as well as fulfilled-by-seller.
Because the fulfilment fee would be higher going to European marketplaces, the usual advice is to incorporate it in your product price. My understanding was that the customer, for example, in Germany would order the product and the postage will be free to them, like it is with FBA in UK.
So we incorporated the fulfillment charge etc when re-pricing for EFN. But - when I view the product now, I see that on top of the product price the customer is asked to pay 3.99 euros delivery! So the customer is effectively paying the fulfillment charge and I don't need to include that in the product price, is that correct? How does everyone price the EFN stock?
