Certificate of Conformity (GCC) issue
We recently appealed Test report from an ISO 17025 approved lab, General Certificate of Conformity (GCC) and product images for our flagged ASINs but got rejected.
The team tell us "To continue with the approvals process for your product, please update the product's Detail Page with the correct information, including product images which show that the product is the same when compared to the product images on the detail page. "
And we have submited a new submission again, but we still not get any answer back, and my fba product still not restore.
Would appreciate your inputs and assistance please. Thank you.
