copyright image misuse
My listing was hit with a copyright image misuse which has severely impacted the Account Health score and my Amazon account is at risk of being suspended. I removed all images from the listing and Amazon still will not remove the violation even though that is the instructions it gave. I tried to call Account Health support numerous times and no one will pick up the call and the ticket created has provided no solution. Any help or insight will be appreciated

Thank you for posting your concern with a intellectual property violations, specifically a copyright image misuse.
What type of "hit" was this. Did you receive a rights owner complaint, or was this a suspected violation? You can confirm this depending on which section it appears in when navigating to the account health page.
If this was a received complaint from a rights owner, you will be required to show proof of non-infringement including a letter of authorization, or license agreement to use their images.
Typically, when an ASIN is removed for these policy issues they are unavailable for sale. Removing the images will be considered a partial correction. You will now need to show images uploaded to your ASIN to be compliant with this policy.
Have you completed this section and uploaded new images after removing the infringing content?
If you have not, you will be required to as we will need to see your listing images meet our requirements prior to resolving the violation.
