There no challenge to finding violations on Amazon. There are millions.

Some will never be taken down. Many will.

If you don't follow the rules, you may be penalized. You clearly do know the rules, just want to know if you can break them.

Good Evening @Seller_IVJJxPdZH0CmY,

Sellers are responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, and Amazon policies when listing products. Amazon encourages sellers to report listing abuse or seller violations of Amazon's policies or applicable law. All reports are thoroughly investigated by our team. For privacy reasons, the results of our investigations can't be disclosed, but we'll take any disciplinary actions we find appropriate.

Please report any abusive behavior using the Report Abuse tool on the Account Health Dashboard. Here is a video on how it works. If you are brand registered, you can also file a report through the Brand Registry report abuse tool.

Additionally, my colleague @Manny_Amazon recently discussed the report a violation tool on this discussion -->HERE<-- if you would like to learn more about this topic.

Lastly, you can directly report abusive behaviors through the detail page itself (Report an issue with this product or seller).

The more times a listing and seller are reported, the higher chances partner teams will be alerted of this behavior occurring on the platform and take action. Whether that report is coming in through Report a Violation tools, from detail page reporting or within internal team submissions, the more the feedback the merrier. Feel free to let us know if you have any questions regarding the information provided above and have a good night.

Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon
