Amazon Advertising Help
I am trying to get in touch with an Amazon Advertising expert that Amazon offers to help with our ads. I emailed the usual email that I used with [Moderator Edit: removed personal information] but received no response.
I randomly got a call from a different Amazon expert and he mentioned that he would be assisting us with our ads and he would get back to us via email to schedule a meeting but we never received the email. I am trying to get in touch with him, how can I find contact information?

Tatiana from Amazon here. I would suggest reaching out to the Ads Support team to see if they might be able to help reconnect you to the Ads expert that was previously assisting you.
