i have color and size variation listings in amazon and when i go to my listing amazon detail page and if i click color swatches main image does not change only product name change. for example i have10 color of runner rug i go in to listing and if i click every second one color swatch it respond if i wait 15-20 second between clicks on color swatches main image doesnt change only product name change . let say if i click red color and main image red color runner rug , if i click brown rug product name change but main image remain red colr. if i click black color main image keep remaining red color. i opened cases no brand registry team nor leadership team could find solution.it has been almost month and no answer. they saying they still work on case.but it works in mobile device fine only the computer. so my sales down so badly and i pay sponsored product acos goes sky high and no got sales. because customer leave my listings because listings does not work they way suppose to be. need real help please
