Ongoing Issues with Amazon Freight LTL Pickup

Hello everyone,

We are experiencing repeated issues with Amazon Freight LTL. We had a scheduled pickup for three FBA shipments on Tuesday, August 27th, but the carrier never arrived. The pickup was rescheduled several times, but the shipments are still sitting in our warehouse. To make matters worse, we also have additional shipments from September 4th that haven't been picked up either.

We’ve tried contacting support, but so far, the pick ups have been only rescheduled. How we can expedite this process and get the pallets picked up?

We use partnered carriers and never have an issue. Usually Triple-A Cooper or Central Transport where we are....

Now, I'm just coming across this thread and wanted to check in with you, has there been any updates to your shipments since posting? If you're still encountering issues with your scheduled pickups, can you please send me your case IDs for this? Did you get the link from support to fill out a missed carrier report? Did you request a liftgate manually? Many times there aren't as many lift gates available and cause delay
