I’m trying to list a lidocaine cream which contains an OTC % and no prescription needed? Why is this being rejected and where do I upload sds documents for the inactive listing ?

Thank you for the information provided regarding the issues you have experienced with the listing and product being pulled down. I understand that the concerns causing this are due to the product potentially being restricted. I know it can be frustrating when you have minimal information, so I would like to review the situation further to better understand what is causing this and what steps can be taken at this time.

To do so, we will require having the associated case ID or any related messaging you may have received provided on the thread. What documents and details do you have currently for your product? Have you done any kind of official testing to ensure that your product is safe to be sold on the platform? Have you updated your product detail page to include images of the product packaging and ingredients list?

As mentioned by @Seller_4zBzdtgCyS9EI, it will be a requirement to have these details present to ensure there is full transparency over the product and type of ingredients listed. If our team determines that one of the ingredients is restricted or the product does require a prescription, then the removal will be considered valid and you will need to provide information to dispute the situation.

Please continue to refer to this thread with any additional questions or updates you may have so we may continue to provide support.

Best,
