ATS FRAUD WITH SELLER
I have been a seller on Amazon However, I am currently facing significant issues with the ATS shipping service.
There have been repeated incidents where the pickup person has either stolen products or replaced them with incorrect items that were not sold by me. Despite my efforts to create multiple cases regarding this matter, I have not received satisfactory resolutions due to a lack of evidence.
This ongoing situation feels like a scam and is harming my business. If these issues are not addressed promptly, many sellers may feel compelled to leave the Amazon platform altogether.
I urge Amazon to take strict action against these shipping services to protect sellers and ensure a fair selling environment.

I think best solution for it, is we needs to video record about the packing while we packed and label item so in this case we have strong evidence what we packed and what customer get.

In my case, I recieved multiple courier return with product changed, means prodcut wasn't the same as i received.
But I'm Prime Seller so i called Amazon and describe everything and hopefully they refund my amount.
But main problem is what if i didn't noticed it, Amazon must take proper action over shiping services like it takes on Seller, if we did any mistake then.

I have lost 33 orders on 16th of October, pickup guy took all the orders, now they are denying. ATS service needs to improve.
