Premium A+ content access issue

I put in a ticket asking to be granted access to premium A+ content because I complied with the published requirements and received the following response, which is different from what it says on the A+ content page (monthly vs weekly, 15 projects vs 5 projects). Which is it? I do have a Brand Story on my single ASIN.

Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,

We understand that you're concerned regarding the access to use Premium A+ content.

Premium A+ access is granted monthly and is not automatic. If you have recently met the criteria, you will be enrolled in the next monthly enrollment at the start of each month.

Kindly double check that all ASINs in your catalog have Brand Story. Brand Story is a separate option from Basic A+ and will show up as "BrandStory" under the content type on your A+ content project list.

Double check that the last 15 projects were approved and published in the last 12 months. You can check this by going to the A+ content and looking at the published date of the content.

Personally, we don't care about A+ Content. We find having our own web domain in the brand's name, at a cost of $10.00 per year is worth a lot more on the Amazon site. The Amazon browser picks up the web name and promotes it on the Amazon site for free. Keep this to yourself. If the Amazon Bots find out about how this happens, they will certainly put a stop to it.

Hello there, my name is CR and wanted to hop in here with some FAQ's pulled from this resource page:

What is the eligibility criteria for Premium A+?

The eligibility criteria outlined below is for any country that you sell and publish A+ Content in. When you meet eligibility in one country, you will be given Premium A+ access worldwide. You are eligible if:

  • You have already published A+ Brand Story to all ASINs that you own within your catalog. Essentially, all ASINs within your A+ Content Manager need to have a published Brand Story. You can confirm this by accessing the A+ Content Manager and searching to see if you have created and published a project. You will also see A+ Brand Story on your ASINs under the “From the Brand” fields on the detail page.
  • You have had at least 5 project submissions of A+ Content that have been approved and published within the past 12 months. You can confirm this by accessing the A+ Content Manager and checking the status of your submitted projects and the last published date. This is to ensure our guidelines are being adhered to.

What can I do to meet the eligibility criteria for Premium A+?

To meet the criteria, follow these steps:

Apply A+ brand story to all of your ASINs within the A+ Content Manager.

  • Go to A+ Content Manager
  • Start creating A+ Content
  • Choose Brand Story
  • Add Modules
  • Apply ASINs
  • Review and Submit.

To improve your content approval rates, we encourage you to carefully follow our A+ Content guidelines as you create new A+ Content. Over time, this will help increase your A+ Content submission approval rates and improve the time it takes to get content approved and published.

How will I know if I’m eligible for Premium A+?

Every week, we will re-evaluate the eligibility of brand owners for Premium A+. If you are eligible, we will enable this feature for you within the A+ Content Manager and you will see a banner within the A+ Content Manager notifying you of access with a link to create Premium A+ Content. You do not need to contact us for access to Premium A+.
