if order canceld between midway in self ship (india Post)

If we send a parcel through India Post and the customer cancels the order midway, then how will the parcel be returned to India Post midway?

Once you've shipped and confirmed the order, you cannot cancel it midway. Instead, you should:

  • Inform the buyer via Buyer-Seller Messaging that the order is already in transit.
  • Request the buyer to return the item upon receipt for a refund.
