Easy Ship Pickup Not Happening – Loss of Orders

Dear Amazon Seller Support Team,

I am writing to formally report an issue with the Easy Ship pickup service for my seller account. For the past two consecutive orders, the Easy Ship pickup agent did not arrive to collect my shipments, despite the orders being packed and ready on time as per Amazon’s guidelines.

Because of this, both orders were cancelled or delayed, which has directly caused me to lose sales and affected my seller performance metrics. This is not due to any fault from my end — the pickups were scheduled properly, and I was available at the location during the entire pickup window.

Scheduled Pickup Date(s): 19 - 07 -2025

I kindly request you to look into this matter urgently and take necessary action to:

Investigate why the Easy Ship pickup was missed.

I totally agree. Honestly, I feel like they are deliberately pushing us to switch to FBA. This whole Easy Ship mess is becoming unbearable. In my case, all my orders were packed and ready well before time, but the pickup guy just did not show up. Not once, but multiple times.

I kept filling the Missed Pickup form every time, thinking at least that would protect my metrics. But it is completely useless. Amazon does not care. The form goes into a black hole and we are still punished for late dispatch.

Because of this, I have lost my Buy Box and now my account is deactivated. Customer support keeps saying they cannot do anything, it is the system’s decision. So basically, we just suffer while some algorithm decides our fate?

This is not just frustrating. It is damaging our businesses. If they cannot handle Easy Ship properly, at least they should take responsibility instead of blaming sellers.

We need actual accountability and working escalation channels. This is completely ridiculous.

Same happening with us. Pick up executive dont come for pick up and order gets cancelled. We can easily ship these orders in self ship. Keep option open for us to move the orders from easy ship to self ship.
