Listing not showing in search results and in Ad Campaign

Hey Sellers,

So I have been selling a couple of different products for the last 4 months and was trying to understand how it all works.

Tried both merchant fulfillment and FBA, sales were not huge but it worked.

Now I had finally finished my own product and created this new listing 3 days ago.

The problem is it is not showing anywhere.

More specifically:

1) It is not showing in the search. Tried searching with specific keywords I use throughout the listing (in the title, in the bullet points, in the description, in the keywords), looked through all search results (all pages), my listing is not there.

2) It is not showing in the ad campaign either. The campaign manager says "Targets are not delivering. These targets are active but haven't delivered any impressions. Increase bid to be more competitive”. Increasing the bid does not seem to help. For example Suggested bid is $0.58-$1.04 and I set the max bid at $1.5 - but this still does not help.

I just can’t wrap my head around it.

Would be grateful for any ideas how to check for possible errors or what to do next.

ASIN B0C3Y9XLD9

Thanks!

First check through your listing and account health see if there's any issue.

Second, ad campaign takes time to kick in, some times a few days.

Just make sure there's no error and your bids are competitive. Traffic also matters, if you are bidding high on low traffic keywords it'd be moving slower.

If you've checked all that and still not working, then something is wrong with the listing, either try re-list it or open case.

Another easier way to check if it's issue from your bids, is to set your daily budget, and let Amazon take care auto bids for you.

That way Amazon will make sure you get traffic, but downside is you will be paying more than you think within short period. So if you try this, make sure you set yourself a time, do not rely on ad campaign graphic report because it has huge delays.

Say you leave it auto bid for couple hours or maybe half day, you do see traffic increasing (this also has delays), then you can come back in and turn off auto bids and manage your bids again manually.
