Valid Tracking Rate for SELF-SHIP
Amazon already support SELF Shipment delivery which is mentioned in the listbox of the shipping method used for Sel-Ship order. How can we get Tracking for those orders and i got a message from Amazon that my account will be deactivated due to valid trakcing rate as i am not using Amazon partner carriers.
Please if somebody can guide to handle this situation to avoid VTR issues.

i have the same problem, my two category was also deactivated , complain so many times, no body give any assistance

Hi, enter the full mobile number of the customer as AWB #, starting with 050....

4. Important:
a. You will not be allowed to ship-confirm with an invalid tracking ID and an error message will be displayed stating "Enter valid tracking ID."
b. For items that are hand-delivered with your own personnel instead of a third-party carrier, select Carrier as ‘Self-Delivery’ from the carrier drop-down box and enter the delivery associate’s mobile number (10 digits) in the ‘Tracking ID’ text box.
