please help to tell me where is the entry to submit FDA document. I click on the link and it switch to account Health page but there is no entry to submit the FDA document.

You can upload compliance documents here

If it is something that needs to be applied to the listing, such as a Safety Data Sheet (SDS) I also do it here

On the account health page, if there is an issue in red, you can also submit it through the appeals page. It is on the second page, to upload. After you fill out your comment, then it asks for a document upload.
