There is 1 ASIN (FBM) where I am not featured offer eligible however I should be. I am highly confident this is a bug because for the other 100+ asins in the *same exact product category* I am featured offer eligible. Not only is this ASIN in question in the same category as my other featured offer eligible asins, the product is extremely similar to the other asins I offer.

I have been selling on Amazon for a few years, in my experience for other asins across different categories, if I am featured offer eligible for 1 ASIN in the category then 100% of the time I am featured offer eligible for all other asins *in that same category*. So the bottom line is that I have never seen this happen before.

See case ID 15599807141 for reference. I attached a screenshot in the case log for reference. The support agent’s solution was in order to be featured offer eligible for this ASIN I needed to "Improve my customer service" etc. I explained that this did not make sense given the inconsistency re the categories, my account health being excellent, and that this was likely a bug however they refused to acknowledge that or dig deeper into this issue.

I am requesting the support of an Amazon employee from the forums to assist with this. Not being featured offer eligible is significantly hurting my sales on this ASIN and is not something I could have anticipated before I purchased the inventory at stake.
